This is a special plugin for SDR#. It averages a signal over time for a given frequency. The data can then be saved in a file consisting of two columns (frequency and signal). Additionally, this plugin canrecord a background, which can be used for signal correction. Amateur astronomers usually use the plugin to record the 1420 MHz hydrogen band. A detailed description of how to use it can be found on the famous RTL-SDR website.
